THE LAW OF UKRAINE
On Amendments to Items 14 and 15 of Chapter X "Transitional Provisions" of the Land Code of Ukraine regarding Period of Land Plots Sale
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decrees:
1. To introduce the following amendments to Chapter X "Transitional Provisions" of the Land Code of Ukraine (The Official Bulletin of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, No.3-4, P. 27):
1) item 14 after the words "on land market" to be supplemented with the phrase "not sooner than 1 January 2012";
2) in item 15:
the first paragraph after the words "on land market" to be supplemented with the phrase "not sooner than 1 January 2012";
the second paragraph of sub-item "б" after the words "on land market" to be supplemented with the phrase "not sooner than 1 January 2012".
2. The present law shall enter into force on the day after its publication.
